Italian food is a ffusion of fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and centuries-old traditions. The cuisine is rooted in the Mediterranean diet, emphasizing olive oil, fresh vegetables, herbs, fish, and lean meats and TREATS too.
We also cater to vegan and gluten-free diets. Please specify your dietary needs when you apply for the retreat!
